Neurodiverse Versus Neurotypical?

I think that is the nuance that I'm starting to see after spending four days in person with a group of people who all identify as neurodiverse. They all identify as that, but they don't talk like people on TikTok. It was a joint understanding of how we all work in our own different ways. And it wasn't about us, we them. Like, it's very much just like, hey, these are the struggles that I have. This is my particular way of working. Oh my gosh, we have similar ways. But it is very much tied to identity, which I think is the hard, the fight you're going to have because you're attacked.
