What Can I Do to Grab the Attention of a Recruiter?
On average, we spend between five and ten minutes m on a application packet. We spend that time three different times in the process. The faster someone like me looks at something, the more likely we are to land on words that we recognize. So you should make sure that there's a repetition of words. It used to be that people would say, oh, well, you just type in a bunch of those key words, an that runs through the computer system and it spits out the other end. Idon't even have to have a resume. That's actually not true.
