The Rhetoric of Vladimir Putin

Progosion is a group of Russian nationalists who want to overthrow the government. They have been blocking roads in Moscow and Rostov-on-Don since last week. Progosion leader Alexei Navalny says they are not interested in overthrowing Russia's leadership, just taking it over. He said he was close to calling for Putin's ouster but didn't reach that point.
