But then Duane Underwood Jr. tested positive and so they had an opening on the active roster. They signed Jason DeLay for $100,000 Which for a fourth round pick was well under slot And then they can use that money to apply to some of their other picks. Austin Hedges is going to take it hard this year because they've got two catchers who are both a defense first guys.
