Is Blood Flow Restricted Training a Good Thing for Bodybuilders?

I feel like I'm the only science-based bodybuilder that isn't on the HMB train or sorry on the blood flow restriction train. My thought at this point is you know a lot of studies out there on blood flow restricted training they look at high load blood flow restriction training and see the same amount of gains. So for a strength athlete if they're looking to increase their gains without adding a bunch of additional heavy loading I'm not sold it's going to have a huge effect but that's the thing that interests me the most about it personally.
