I admit that my eyes always on the distant prize of humanity still being around in an unknown number of years. I want to have the idea out there of why not start today on the regime where you can track down the person who used a frontier level AI to break into a hospital and kill somebody. And they wouldn't if it was against the law, because they would put their investment at risk,. So like you could really put a chilling effect on the bad behavior rather quickly.
