Is Static Stretch a Good Stretch for Ankle Injury?
I don't sany stretch before you work out or lift heaviness. I'm also not worried about someone being weaker a right? If i had someone doing a one rat mac's attempt, i wouldn't have them static stretched right before it. That effect also is pretty temporary. It's like, after a minute, you canyou can do it, so you do it. Beyond that, don't have a lot of prescription for it, and i feel like a lot of it's a little bit outside of my knowledge f base, an skill base.
