Stay at Home Fathers Are Exalted
When men become parents, they generally are perceived in a better way at work. They tend to actually benefit from being fathers even though we know that statistically, they they do far less of the labor at home. And whereas when women become mothers, there's often this perception of, oh, well, you're noting a work as hard or you're not going beable to be as devoted to this particular project.
