If your knee is being overtasked, if it's having to over compensate, it means that somebody else is not doing their job correctly. And we dofined and fix that thing, not the knee itself. I see it as a almost like a train stop am in how the foot is shifting weight to the hip, or the hip is shifting weight into the foot. So it should just naturally kind of progress and move forward and weight shift through. But our innate tension ends up coming around the knee joint. That's where people feel they're most discomfort. Usually it's because they're not either relaxing their feet, or they don't have the stability and strength in their hips,.
