Is There a Framework for Enlightenment?

I think we sort of underestimate the amount that our reality is currently socially constructed. The way that we understand and process reality comes out of what has been taught to us. And I think for a huge extent, this is like really necessary. In general, since there's much less structure in the whole world, I think people's actual experiences are way more varied and crazy.
