There's a lot of science behind social proof. When this sales called, it changes the whole conversation. The power of testimonials and things like that. But notice how it shifts the conversation. It impacts the customer and makes them think, well, if things went well there, it's probably going to go well here too. So when you're introducing change, social proof is something you want to take advantage of. If i could tell my younger version of myself when i first got into selling, if i could tell myself a couple things, this would be one of them.
