Chad GPD: The Future of AI
Chad GPD: I wanted to see if there was anything in the contents of the survey along the lines of consciousness through these things. We found that 3% of philosophers believe that current AI are conscious, which to me is kind of surprising even though low. In general, for most questions, the answers are surprising to me as predicted by a meta survey. He says many people have a visceral reaction to Chad GPD that it really seems smart. It's very convincing at a visceral level that it's probably going to affect people's opinions on the nature of mind and the nature of AI as well.
