Non-anxious presence is a term that came from Edwin Friedman, who started as a rabbi. He argued that much of our leadership comes from us being non-amxious whenever one asks is anxious. It's almost like it grows like a mold and can spread really quickly. But I think at this time, you know, when anxiety is everywhere and often amplified because of our social networks now are part of a digital network, I think it's a really helpful tool.
