Do These Things Really Help Children Learn?
There are limits in a number of societies, but it depends on the society. Westerners and also East Asians actually do help children learn from a very young age. When it comes to hunter-gatherers, you don't really need to teach them anything either for them to become effective hunter- Gatherers. And there's no other way that they can live their life. Children want to fit into their society. This is one of the reasons why they're happy to work a lot of the time.
