Powerlifting is really not powerful. It's slow movement. You can probably train it once every 30 days and it's going to power. On the power side of things, it seems like it starts to detrain as little as five to seven days. My grandmother is 99 years old and she's still golfs. That's her version of power training. And she's got two new hips and one knee and she's been doing great. RoboCop on the golf course. Exactly. So I think that's vitally important. If you don't use it, you lose it. Any kind of sprinting. But we do see people in those ages that play tennis regularly that are involved
