How to Communicate Design Decisions With Stories

There are some parts of the book that people tell me feels a little bit deceptive or maybe manipulative. I don't think we should lie to our stakeholders in order to get our way, but there is an element of where we hear people have crazy ideas and we may be more inclined to react that way. So there's a delicate balance of giving people verbal feedback and feedback in your posture and the way that you respond.
