Scott Leeming quit his day job when he was 28 to focus on buying and refinancing unit blocks. He started looking at commercial property in 2015 after running out of steam with the banks. The new lending style helped him get into this stuff as it's like buying a new super silo. We've got over 54 properties currently, that's around 65 million in current holdings. It's just not houses where you live in. They are generally higher value assets, but they can also be the cheapest. For example, I'd consider a car park, a commercial property. If you can lease it out to a business or an office, that might be a 30, 40 grand investment. But
