The International Space Station is in orbit around the Earth because of curved space time. As we get closer to Sagittarius A star, our watches begin to fall out of sync. The closer and closer you get to a black hole, it can get to the point where two minutes have passed for you and 20 years have passed for me. But your experience of time is completely natural. It's not like your biological clock is immune from the same physical consequences.
