The Second Dark Night
The second dark night is where a lot of people get off the spiritual journey altogether and just lose their faith. I think very few in the room, if anyone is at this stage, if you are, please get a spiritual director or a pastor to walk with you. And recognize that over time, prayer changes. It becomes less something we do and more something God does in us.
