Meditation Helps You Sleep
The word buddha means awake. So meditation was not designed to help you sleep. It was designed to wake you up to your inner cacophony. And so i have, i'm very much in the habit of that. The last thing i do every day is meditate. I find it really useful for calming you down and focusing you on something other than your thoughts - even if just for anano second. For many people, that really helps the process of going to sleep.
