Are We Getting Rock Stars?

Most recruiters have this box scalled the job prescription, and they'd try to figure out the candidates that will fit into it. That's all well and good, whenever you have a plethra of candidates to be able to select from. But for people like me, i'm going to wind the hector, you need one day, you know, the person, if you like, im have a job offer before they walk out the door. And it cannt. Has to be doing like ant a scratch of my head is going to come ofn guys, what the hell are we doing here?
