Mushrooms are high in protein and have a very good component of meno acids, better than beans. They can be used to help clean up the sad plastic mare that the earth is becoming. Which mushrooms have the least mushroomy texture? You should try some mushrooms called the chicken of the woods and the hen of the woods whichr have the texture of chicken oh o cani.
