How Do You Treat Migranosis Recurrently?

If someone's regularly having eight or more days of migrain in a month, we'll typically strongly recommend a preventive treatment. The guide lines say you should consider preventive treatment with four or more migrang days in a month. When do you decide to switch from treating each individual headache to starting somebody on a daily preventive management strategy? It's kind of a personal discussion with the patient.
