Moving Away From the Back Office to Stack Overflow
Stack Overflow has a famous story about when Hurricane Sandy came to New York and people were walking up and down stairs bailing out buckets of water so that, you know, they could make sure Stack Overflow's servers didn't go on the frits. It was mostly because I felt like I've been doing this work for such a long time. So having this kind of perspective of working on the other side where I'm building the features is definitely something that I would recommend like anyone that is working in operations to do it every once in a while.
