Sat's are basically a unit of account as a routing node operator on this layer three mining. What if every lightning node operator could participate in this and say, you know what, I'm willing to provide my computer for this service for this rate? And just like the lightning network seeks the most inexpensive pathway by going through the the the rates of factoring in the nodes, reputations, etc., you could all of a sudden participate in this network. You essentially can make a token that is stable to a service, stable to an individual service.
