Is Your TED Talk a Manifesto?

When's the last manifesto you read that came in an easily digestible format? I'm trying to think of maybe some of the essays written but they were easily a hundred years old. It's true the modern manifesto is too long. And it's grand. Maybe if you write a manifesto you're not open to editing. For some reason racist feel the need to defend themselves at length. We have all those manifestos from a lot of horrible races too right.
