So i'm in doing all this research. How did you figure out what works for you? Cause that's a problem a lot of people have. Theyre just, like, they're looking on the internet, and they wan't, like, just the blueprint. A lot of nutritional research is based on epidemiology, which can give you a false sense of conclusions over 80% of time. So anyways, it's hard to know what's right to do. And so combination of learning everything i poss could, what makes sense anatomically, scientifically, physiologically, ancestrally, and then self experimentation. I would never drop my protein below one gram per pound of body
