The New Proposed Rule Changes Control and Opportunity for Profit and Loss
Most independent contractors like being independent. It's not some exploited group. They want the independence. And that's it maintain that status and clearly is going to be made more difficult by the proposed rule. We don't have time to go into all the details of the rule changes. I'll just give a few examples of some of the changes just for an example. But regardless, they're saying it's no longer a core factor for control or opportunity for profit and loss.
