Analyzing Glide Ratios and Power Needs for Solar Aviation

This chapter examines the glide ratios and power demands of the Boeing 737, particularly in relation to solar propulsion. It concludes that current solar technology cannot provide the necessary power for sustained flight in commercial aircraft.
