The Community Boss at Ministry of Testing
As a community boss at Ministry of Testing I was involved in organizing the conferences that we ran around the world each year. As part of the conferences, then I would make a point of reviewing every single abstract that we received for our conference to give people feedback. A lot of what the community boss did was kind of in the shadows. If we had an online event, I was watching the chat stream, making sure that people were adhering to our code of conduct. And if they weren't, then again, taking action behind the scenes for that.
