The Prominence of Women in Greco-Roman Writing
Women are a bit more prominent in this time period because it's about families. We see women like Livier and Julia and how they play a bit more of a prominent role. When you get to the Republic, as we now have, they do fade massively into the background. Like every now and then you get one who comes out. But generally speaking, yeah, women play a much more prominent role.
