The Benefits of Increasing Your Vitamin C Dose

Even if you've got normal levels of vitamin C, it would be beneficial to up the dose to 500 milligrams a day or something. So your average athlete who's probably not going to run ultramarithants is, you know, debatable because we've seen these other studies indicating that if you have too high dose of particularly vitamin C and vitamin E combination in high doses that you may impair your training adaptation. We're not advocating taking really high doses of vitamin C or combining that with vitamin E but just maybe 200 milligrams per day as a routine.
