The Importance of Fasting for Longevity

If acromancia feeds on fasting, if you have too much of that too long, then it overwhelms the gut lining's response. The longevity sort of approach to it is to regularly stimulate fasting on a weekly basis, but don't do it too much. And so by doing that, you have optimal production of acromance and you don’t have the downside of that, which is that you're getting too much.
