If this thing is voted on as is without any modifications, it could virtually spell the doom of open source projects started in the EU. The responsibility of ensuring that this code works for you and is safe is on you as the person who implements it. So yeah, absolute nightmare. I really truly hope that this thing gets modified before it's voted on because it could be an absolute nightmare.
