William Taylor and Henry Williams were the two bystanders who helped carry Jerry Hillard to safety. When police first speak to them, Taylor and Williams say they didn't see anything. After 17 hours of questioning, Taylor eventually changes his statement. He finally tells police that Anthony Porter was the shooter and that he witnessed the shooting.
