A 15-minute walk is probably the biggest energy booster that you can do. I'm not opposed to dark chocolate if it's afternoon and you're feeling a little energy lag but those are some of the big things and I'm also not opposed to coffee. The only things with coffee are if you're having a lot of breast tenderness or PMS every month some women find that coffee is a trigger for that.
