A lot of times we will look at success from a different time period, it would be like if you wanted to become a rock star and you went back and studied what Led Zeppelin did in the late 60s and early 70s. It wouldn't work for you because that was 50 years ago, and things have changed tremendously right. And so I think I trap that a lot of us fall into and this happens in writing as well as as we look at the path to success for some of our literary heroes,. "We forget that that it's impossible to do that anymore because it's just not that time"
