The Nine Domains of Integration

In the same way, I want to know that my mind has multiple different dimensions and different domains of activity. It's rare for us as human beings to talk about much of anything without having a picture of it in my mind. And even when we are by ourselves and we're thinking about things, we have images that accompany the thing that I'm thinking about. Those images themselves pack a pretty powerful punch, as we know from 9-11. One of the things that became trauma, that was traumatizing for them was not just that the event happened, but that they kept watching it over and over and over again on the television.
