The White House's Consultation With Reporters in Advance of Press Conferences
President Biden was holding note cards in his hand at a press conference this week. On one of them, it showed the photograph and name of a reporter along with a question. The LA Times where that reporter worked has said the question was not fed to the White House in advance. CNN's John Defterios says he doesn't know if there is such a thing as 'filling out notes' for Obama or Bush.
