I think Russia is not collapsing. It probably probably won't ever collapse, you know, in the way that we think it will. I'd say its army was shown to be weaker than expected and intelligence clearly was shown tobe subpar. And so far, most of the predictions of political science have been wrong in relation to Russia. But at the same time, there is a kind of a problem with Russia which is built on these personal relationships from the top down.
