We're in a Depression, Right?
Walmart came out with a financial up date for, i don't think it's a earnings call or, you know, earnings. This is earning season, so we should expect a lot of companies to come out with their earnings. Most of the big companies have not done that yet, from what i've seen. But walmart is a good proxy because the us. Has 70 % of its gDP comes from consumption. And also, we're the marginal global consumer. So if something happens to the american consumer, it's most likely going to effect china,. and it's going to roll down hill and effect germany.
