I think things were more tolerable and maybe not as much pressure. Who would want to farm? I mean our kids we've got kids. It's a competitive business. And then it gets into cash rent wars after that. Well let me tell you a joke here okay. A vegan, a podcast host and an auctioneer walk into a bar right. Okay. And everybody knows it within 30 seconds because they are going to tell everybody. My point is auctioneers have a stereotype of kind of being type A. Do you all have to be?
