When it comes to money, we've all experienced this and then learned from the lesson that we've made not much. Then we get promoted or graduate into a higher level or whatever you want to call it. And then it seems like then we still don't have excess ever. We just start to live above our means when we were fine previously living at the other level of means just fine. It just always felt like it's just not enough. This relates to time in my mind when it comes to Parkinson's Law, which is that work expands to fill the time allotted for it.
This week I was excited to welcome Dr. Cassie Holmes to the show to discuss her new book,

Cassie is a professor of marketing and behavioral decision making at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and is a renowned expert in the field of time and its correlation to happiness.

Dr. Holmes unpacks concepts such as time poverty, what it is, why it’s damaging, how it’s subjective, and ways you can quickly increase your time affluence.
