The Paradigm Shift in Career Counseling
Life design is that's where I feel most comfortable operating and that's actually how I'm able to act as someone who honors her therapy past while being a really good career counselor. Good career counseling acknowledges the human role and says hey where are we getting this information from you know what information is important to you when we are looking for jobs. It takes the employee and makes them into a human rather than just an employee.
