How to Get Your Spouse to Sleep Around the Same Time

Being prepared for the day is something that helps a lot. But i've noticed that i will sometimes push off that first time that i feel tired, and i'll ignore it. And then if i try to go to bed when i don't feel like going to bed, it ain't going to happen. So i start planning for the next day. That actually helps calm me down as well. Sometimes not being prepared can make you super restless, tough. I think t there is an importance of trying to get on a schedule and trying to have specific times.
