i suppose we could call him a norme kon in many ways. For a guy like that to say something like that at this stage of his life, i think shows that he thinks things are pretty far gone. And so what we understand to day is the device of rhetoric, or the fact that a lot of conservatives are not so pro military any more. You know, all these things have antecedents we have to understand.
