What Does It Mean to Be Spiritually Dead?
The mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, right? For it does not submit to God's law. Indeed, it cannot end quote. So you can grasp the reality of what it means to be spiritually dead so that you can appreciate your salvation that you did not choose it, but God chose you. This is essentially a, what theologians would call a spiritual miscarriage. There wasn't a full birth and there's mystery here.
