Is There a Final Cause?

i remember there is a moment in church where we, there was something we were reading. If you have lust in your heart, it's basically the same as having committed the sin itself. And i does't that to be, like, blasphemous things, right? But even this thing about like my existence, for seeing my essence, can lead one to radical doubt.
