The first thing you need is something to say. You need an opinion. Do I have an opinion about anything that's not a current event, just like the state of being a person? The trick is you want to get at the opinion. So it's good to search your soul, look at your emotions, look at things around you. It can be any opinion, any opinion you have about anything.
