Traffic Enforcement Officers Interacting With Communities of Color
The traffic fatality problem probably does not get any better in these communities that oftentimes don't have adequate sidewalks. The average law enforcement officer in this nation is writing $300,000 in traffic tickets a year. When the sheriff says, yeah, we're pulling over Hispanic men on a greater than representative basis because why are they writing their bicycles? You're essentially putting targets on their backs. They need a lot of other drivers in charge needs to rethink this policy.
